How many simple yoga poses can I try for International Yoga Day?
There are many yoga poses for beginners that you can try at home:

Downward dog: Ride on your hands and knees and keep your knees straight under your hips. Breathe in to lift your elbows up and back and make sure you bend your knees slightly. Move your heels to the mat, let your head be heavy, and move your palms to the mat. Take a deep breath in the backline.

Baby suffix: Kneel on the floor and align your fingers together. Sit back toward your heels, then bend your knees as wide as your hips, allowing your tailbone to fall toward the mat. Let your forehead rest on the mat and take a deep breath in your back.

Cat / Cow: This is a gentle pose that helps prepare the body for other poses. Before taking your eyes off the floor, start by lifting your tailbone to find the soft turns of the back turn and then bend from the back. Let your head be heavy and leave the crown of your head towards the floor. Move the floor away with your hands and legs.
