Neiva worked several jobs during the next 12 years – she moved out of her parent's house and began living independently. She worked as a cashier in a market, then moved to work at a restaurant, and in the end started working at a clothing store. In 2015, Neiva decided to start going to the gym, as she became dissatisfied with her body. She began with her training sessions and launched her Instagram account, on which she uploaded pictures of her progress.
